Trade Service Bookings

Please note the following form is intended for wholesale/trade bookings only. Any service jobs submitted here not under a shop name will be processed under retail pricing. Retail service jobs can be booked in 'here'.

NSDynamics will be closed over the holiday period from Friday the 18th of December 2020, reopening on Monday the 4th of January 2021. No sales or service jobs will be processed during this time and instead will be attended to when we return to the workshop in the new year. We apologise for any inconveniences and appreciate your ongoing support.

Once you have completed and submitted the form below you will receive an email with your Booking/RA number and information for postage. Please print and attach your booking confirmation email to your items when you send them to ensure our technicians have all the appropriate information. If you do not have a printer please note the shop name, contact details, and order/booking number clearly on the outside/inside of the parcel.

NSDynamics does not work on or accept complete bikes into the workshop. All suspension must be removed from bikes prior to being sent in or dropped off. This guarantees a clean workshop environment and allows us to maintain our fast turnaround times.

We recommend all jobs sent to NSDynamics are sent via tracked postage. As per our 'Bookings/Servicing' FAQ page NSDynamics is not responsible for any parcels until they have arrived and have been accepted at our workshop. 

NSDynamics will not contact customers when an item is received for service unless it is suspected of being damaged during transit or parts/items are missing. Any requests for updates or whereabouts of items that have not exceeded our 1-3 business day turnaround time (from time of arrival) will not be responded to.
