Part-Time Customer Service / Admin

NSDynamics – Brisbane

NSDynamics is looking for someone organised, switched-on and into bikes to join our team in an upcoming part-time Customer Service / Admin role (24–30 hours per week) with the potential for the right candidate to progress into working on suspension.

This is a hands-on, varied position that sits right at the heart of our workshop and online business — ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and being part of a tight-knit team.


What you’ll be doing

Your core role will include a mix of customer service, admin and light workshop support, such as:

  • Opening incoming service jobs and preparing booking paperwork
  • Booking in suspension services and chatting with walk-in customers
  • Packing, fulfilling and dispatching online orders
  • Creating invoices, taking payments and finalising outgoing service jobs
  • Managing the workshop@nsdynamics.com email inbox
  • Stock control — receiving orders, updating web store quantities, stocktakes and displays
  • Ordering and monitoring stationery and workshop consumables
  • Answering the main phone line and assisting customer enquiries
  • Removing and installing suspension units from complete bikes
  • Helping monitor service kits, oils, spare parts and workshop supplies
  • Pitching in to keep the workplace clean, organised and enjoyable

Full training is provided — with the opportunity to grow into hands-on suspension work for candidates who are keen.


What we’re looking for

  • Good computer skills (email, invoicing, spreadsheets, POS systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and a calm, organised approach
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Ability to work well as part of a small team
  • Mountain bike knowledge or suspension experience is a bonus, not a requirement


Working hours

Part-time role (24–30 hours per week)
Monday to Friday

(Shop not open weekends or late nights.)
