Wholesale and Dealer Account Criteria

NSDynamics supplies high-performance suspension products both directly to retail customers and to verified businesses within the bicycle industry. We aim to keep our brands and products accessible across Australia, while also supporting trade accounts through a structured B2B pricing system.

Businesses that meet the base wholesale (WS) criteria are eligible to apply for B2B access. From there, additional pricing tiers may be unlocked automatically based on ongoing product ordering activity. These tiers are designed to reflect a traditional distributor–dealer model, rewarding businesses that regularly stock, sell, and support the products we distribute.

Wholesale (WS) Account Criteria

To be eligible for base-level wholesale access (WS Tier), your business must:

  • Hold a valid ABN

  • Be actively involved in the Australian bicycle industry (bike sales, servicing, or related product supply)

  • Operate from either a physical shopfront or a functional, actively maintained online store with visible stock or availability

  • Provide a delivery address and contact details when creating your account

Businesses that do not meet these minimum standards - such as coaching-only operations or home-based resellers without a physical shopfront or active online store will not be approved for wholesale access.

Once approved, WS account holders can place orders at base wholesale (WS) pricing and are automatically included in our tiered discount system, which evaluates product spend daily and adjusts account tiers accordingly.

Tiered Dealer Pricing System

Higher dealer pricing tiers - WSD (Dealer), WSK (Key Dealer), and WSE (Elite Dealer) - are applied automatically based on your rolling 30-day product spend. This calculation excludes any in-house service work completed by NSDynamics and only considers qualifying products available through our online store and B2B catalogue. Tier brackets begin at $1,000+ (WSD), $2,500+ (WSK), and $5,000+ (WSE) in rolling 30-day product spend. Discounts are not applied retroactively - your account must be in the relevant tier before placing an order for the corresponding discount to apply.

Accounts are reviewed daily and tier upgrades are applied once the relevant spend threshold is reached. Each new tier is locked in for 30 days, even if spend decreases. Downgrades may occur after this period if minimum spend is not maintained, but are applied one level at a time with a seven-day grace period before the next downgrade may occur. Accounts with no qualifying product orders for 45 days will revert to the base WS tier.

These tiers do not require a separate application. Accounts that consistently place trade-level orders will progress automatically. Once your wholesale access is approved, you’ll be able to view your current discount tier, rolling 30-day spend, and complete wholesale pricing for products and services on your Account page when logged in.
