NSDynamics does not work on complete bikes. All suspension dropped off or delivered to NSDynamics must be removed from the bike beforehand. 

Vorsprung Secus Air Spring Kit (Forks only)

$550 for part alone, or $750 including a full Hyperformance Service and installation

The Vorsprung Secus air spring is the first air-sprung fork system that will give you a feeling truly comparable to that of a coil fork. Coil-sprung suspension has provided the benchmark for performance over recent years, but with the Secus you're able to match that performance without the added weight of a coil spring, and even maintain some of the positive characteristics expected from air suspension. The first 2/3rds of your travel will be supple, compliant, and linear, just like a coil fork, however, in that final third of the travel (where you need that added bit of security) you'll benefit from some natural progression that we expect from an air spring system. The end result is a system that will handle just about anything you can throw at it in the most controlled manner possible.



Benefits of the Secus

  • An enlarged negative air spring chamber delivers a soft, supple initial stroke for ultimate small bump compliance (yes, even compared to the Luftkappe)
  • Proprietary Midstroke Support Valve improves predictability and support beyond the sag point
  • Reduced lower leg pneumatic ramp means better scalability of the air spring, particularly for light riders who previously struggled to use full travel
  • Plush and predictable like a coil, bottomless like an air spring

  • Compatible with OEM volume spacers for end-stroke progression adjustment
  • Compatible with other aftermarket top-cap systems such as DSD Runt and MRP Ramp Control
  • Lower compression ratios mean a more consistent spring rate
  • Transferrable between any Secus-compatible forks with only a footstud to change at most

    Vorsprung Smashpot Coil Conversion System (Forks only)

    $550 for part alone (including spring), or $750 including a full Hyperformance Service and installation

    If you don't mind the very small amount of added weight that comes with a coil spring the Vorsprung Smashpot coil conversion might be what you're looking for. Even with the newly released Vorsprung Secus air spring (see above) there are still benefits to a coil-sprung fork if you're chasing the absolute best performance. Some of these benefits include:

    •  Zero stiction or friction in a coil spring, and no moving seals in the spring system to wear out, cause friction or leak
    • Zero spring rate variation allowing more mid-stroke support and consistency
    • More oil in the fork - lubrication and service life are improved
    • Catering to rider weights from 45kg (100lbs) to 125kg (275lbs) with 11 coil spring rates
    • Allows lighter riders to get the most use out of their forks, and heavier riders the support they need without excessive air pressures

    • Only coil conversion system on the market allowing 180mm travel

    • Easily adjust your travel with internal spacers (please note the minimum & maximum travel of your fork as determined by manufacturer)Unique Hydraulic Bottom-out System reduces harshness

    Vorsprung Tractive Valve Tuning System (RS Monarch Plus and RS Super Deluxe Air/Coil shocks only)

    Installed in NSD workshop only - $380 including a full Hyperformance Service and installation

    With over seven years in development the Vorsprung Tractive tuning system has a wealth of time, research and testing behind it.  Teaming up with engineers from one of the worlds most advanced mathematical computing companies Vorsprung have created a one of a kind tuning system. Tunes are created based on your riding weight, bike, terrain and rider preferences. The Tractive tune will provide you with greater support, predictability, compliance, and traction over the standard factory tune found in your shock. You will also get more effective use out of your three position compression lever with evenly spaced settings. This upgrade is installed strictly in house only at NSDynamics as an ‘Elite Tuning Partner’ of Vorsprung Suspension.


    Benefits of the Tractive Tune

    • Improved support, compliance, traction.

    Vorsprung Fractive Tuning System (Fox forks with 2020 or earlier FIT4 dampers only)

    $130 for pre-configured part alone, or $325 including a full Hyperformance Service and installation

    The Vorsprung Fractive Tune is designed for riders wanting to get the most out of their Fox fork running a Factory Series FIT4 damper. Similarly to the Vorsprung Tractive Tune for rear shocks, the Fractive Tune replaces your stock-standard compression piston assembly with one tailored to your riding weight, style, and preferences. In doing this your three position dial (on top of your righthand fork leg) is converted into a three position high speed compression (HSC) adjuster, and the effectiveness of your low speed compression (LSC) adjuster is improved greatly throughout its full range of adjustment. By providing this specific-to-rider internal tuning and further external adjustability Vorsprung have further improved the capabilities of the FIT4 damper and (with the Fractive upgrade) have made it arguably the best fork damper available.

    Vorsprung Luftkappe Air Piston (Fox and Rockshox Forks only)

    $150 - $195 for part alone (no tooling), or $355 - $400 including a full Hyperformance Service and installation

     Using the knowledge gained from their ‘Corset’ air can Vorsprung have created the ‘Luftkappe’. This air piston upgrade increases the negative air volume in your fork providing greater small bump compliance, suppleness, and traction while maintaining (and even improving) the forks middle and end stroke support.     Rockshox DebonAir Spring (Rockshox forks only)

    $75 for part alone, or $270 including a full Hyperformance Service and install

    Keeping up with the trend of high volume negative air springs, the Rockshox DebonAir spring is an inexpensive upgrade to gain the associated benefits similar to our 'Soft Touch' or 'Vorsprung Luftkappe' upgrades. Most Rockshox forks after 2017 will already have this air spring installed, however, earlier models may be able to use this spring as an upgrade. DebonAir B1 (2018-2020) and DebonAir C1 (2021) air shafts are available.


    Lightweight Steel Springs

    With coil-sprung shocks becoming increasingly popular on mountain bikes these days its important to get the right coil for your needs. NSDynamics has a large variety of different springs to suit a range of bikes and riders. Standard steel springs, lightweight steel, adjustable rate, progressively wound, 25lb increment, 50lb increment, Cane Creek, Ohlins, DVO, Fox, Rock Shox, SAR, Sprindex and even a few titanium springs. NSDynamics has a coil spring inventory of over 400 springs and can supply the best for your needs. 

    Sprindex Adjustable Rate Coil Springs - $195ea

    Fine tune your spring rate on the fly with this nifty little invention from Sprindex. Sprindex springs allow you to alter your spring rate (not preload) by rotating the collar/wedge to effectively remove the amount of active coils. By reducing the amount of active coils in a spring the spring rate is increased, and visa versa. NSDynamics is proud to be the Australian distributor for Sprindex springs and have a wide range of stock available.

    Cane Creek VALT Standard and Progressive Springs - $110 (Standard), $150 (Progressive)

    We have a large range of Cane Creek VALT springs, both in standard and progressive rate options. The Cane Creek VALT springs are our best value lightweight steel springs at $110 for the standard springs, and $150 for their progressive options. These springs will fit just about any coil shock damper (aside from Rockshox) with the appropriate adapters which we can also supply. With a lot of bikes on the market claiming they're only suited for use with air shocks, the VALT progressive springs open up your options for running a coil-sprung shock and gaining all the inherent performance benefits.

    SA Racing Springs - $195ea

    In order to get the most out of your suspension it is crucial that you have the right spring rate for your rider weight and bike. SA Racing springs are of exceptionally high quality. Made from a light weight alloy and available in accurate 25lbs increments they have quickly become popular on the world cup race circuit. To ensure they are as light as possible the springs have a small free length, utilising a light ‘POM’ spacer to ensure contact with the preload collar. POM spacers to suit your shock included free with the purchase of a spring.

    Custom Valving

    Although reconfigurations of your compression/rebound circuits are usually not needed, sometimes the stock-standard configurations just don't cut it. If you feel like your stock shock or fork isn't working quite as well as it should be NSDynamics may be able to offer custom valving for your suspension.
