Price Match Policy

NSDynamics may offer price matching on selected products at its sole discretion. While NSDynamics aims to remain competitive across its product range, price matching is not guaranteed and will only be considered where the competing offer is genuine, directly comparable and commercially reasonable for NSDynamics to match.

A competitor advertising a lower price does not automatically create an entitlement to a price match. Each request is assessed individually based on the product, competitor, stock availability, total delivered price, supplier cost and commercial viability of the transaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Price match requests will only be considered where all of the following conditions are met:

The product must be identical, including brand, model, generation or year, SKU, specification, colour and any included accessories or components.
The competing product must be physically in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competing Australian retailer at the advertised price.
The competing price must be publicly available on the retailer's website or in a current publicly accessible advertisement.
The competing retailer must be an authorised Australian stockist or legitimate Australian retailer of the product.
Grey imports, overseas retailers, international listings, private sellers, second-hand products, refurbished products, OEM-product resales and marketplace sellers including eBay, Amazon, Gumtree or similar platforms are not eligible.
The competing offer must apply to the same quantity being purchased from NSDynamics.
The competing product must be available to the customer on substantially equivalent purchasing terms and without additional requirements that do not apply to the NSDynamics purchase.
The price match request must be submitted and approved before the purchase is completed. NSDynamics does not apply price matching retrospectively to completed purchases, paid invoices or previously supplied products.

Total Competing Price

Price matching is assessed against the genuine total cost of purchasing the product from the competing retailer, not simply the headline advertised item price.

Where applicable, NSDynamics may take into account freight, handling charges, mandatory membership fees, payment surcharges or other unavoidable costs associated with obtaining the product from the competitor.

An advertised price that becomes higher once mandatory freight or other charges are included will not be treated as the lower competing price.

Exclusions

NSDynamics will not price match:

Clearance, run-out, liquidation, closing-down or discontinued-stock pricing
Pricing resulting from stock liquidation, distressed inventory or a competitor selling products specifically to clear remaining stock
Bundle deals, package discounts or offers where the advertised value depends on purchasing additional products
Coupon codes, promotional codes, gift cards, store credits, cashback offers or other indirect discounts
New-customer discounts, loyalty discounts, membership pricing, employee pricing, trade pricing, wholesale pricing or other restricted offers not available equally to all customers
Storewide promotions or offers where multiple discounts, promotions or benefits are combined or compounded
Products advertised below NSDynamics' landed cost or commercially sustainable stocking cost
Products being sold by a competitor below normal wholesale or market value where matching the offer would result in NSDynamics selling the item at an unreasonable or commercially unviable margin
Pricing errors, obvious website errors, incorrect listings or competitor pricing that NSDynamics reasonably believes is not genuine
Suspension products, parts or configurations not commonly stocked by NSDynamics or which NSDynamics would ordinarily need to obtain as a special order
Special order products, custom configurations, uncommon specifications or products obtained specifically for an individual customer
Offers involving hidden or additional freight, handling or mandatory charges that are not included in the advertised price
Grey imports, overseas stock, parallel imports or products supplied outside the normal authorised Australian distribution channel
Second-hand, refurbished, reconditioned, ex-display, damaged-box, demo or previously installed products
Marketplace listings, private sales, auction listings or products sold by unauthorised third parties

NSDynamics reserves the right to decline any price match request where the above criteria are not met or where matching the offer would not be commercially viable.

This includes situations where the competing retailer may be intentionally selling below cost, clearing excess stock, operating under substantially different supply arrangements or offering pricing that NSDynamics cannot reasonably reproduce through its authorised supply channel.

Landed Cost and Commercial Viability

NSDynamics is not required to sell any product below its landed cost, replacement cost or commercially sustainable stocking value in order to match another retailer.

Landed cost may include the supplier purchase price together with freight, import costs, currency conversion, transaction costs and other direct costs associated with obtaining and stocking the product.

A competitor's ability or decision to sell an item below NSDynamics' cost does not obligate NSDynamics to match that price.

NSDynamics may also decline a request where matching the competing price would result in an unreasonable commercial loss, regardless of whether the competitor's advertised price otherwise satisfies the general eligibility criteria.

Price Matching and Other Discounts

Approved price matches cannot be combined with other NSDynamics discounts, promotional codes, account pricing, store credits, bundle pricing or special offers unless specifically approved by NSDynamics.

Where more than one discount or offer could potentially apply, NSDynamics may determine which pricing arrangement will be used. Discounts cannot be compounded simply because multiple promotional mechanisms are available.

How to Request a Price Match

Price match requests should be submitted by email to info@nsdynamics.com.au and should include:

A direct link to the competitor's current product listing or advertisement
A screenshot showing the competing price where relevant
The exact product and quantity the customer wishes to purchase from NSDynamics
Any information reasonably required to verify stock availability, retailer eligibility or the total competing purchase price

NSDynamics may independently verify the competing listing, retailer, stock status and pricing before approving a request.

If the competing offer cannot be verified at the time the request is reviewed, NSDynamics is not required to honour the requested price.

Approval and Validity

All price match requests are reviewed by NSDynamics staff. If approved, the matched price will be provided in writing and will apply only to the exact product, specification and quantity approved.

Approval of one price match does not establish an ongoing price, account entitlement or obligation for NSDynamics to approve future requests involving the same customer, product or competitor.

Approved price matches are valid for 48 hours from the time the applicable invoice or written offer is issued unless otherwise stated.

If full payment is not received within that period, the matched price may expire without notice and NSDynamics may issue a new price based on current supplier costs, availability and market conditions.

Any previously approved price match, discount or special pricing may cease to apply once the validity period has expired.

Additional Notes

Price matching is a discretionary pricing service offered by NSDynamics and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

NSDynamics may decline a price match without being required to reproduce another retailer's commercial terms, purchasing arrangements, supplier agreements, inventory position or promotional strategy.

The purpose of the policy is to allow NSDynamics to consider genuine comparable Australian retail pricing where reasonable, not to guarantee that NSDynamics will match every advertised price available in the market.
