Price Match Policy

NSDynamics may offer price matching on select products at its own discretion. While NSDynamics is committed to offering competitive pricing across its range, price matching is not guaranteed and will only be considered where certain conditions are met.

Eligibility Criteria

Price match requests will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product must be identical — including brand, model, year/version, SKU, and specification.

  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competing Australian retailer.

  • The competing offer must be publicly listed on the retailer’s website or in a current advertisement.

  • The retailer must be an authorised Australian stockist of the product — grey imports, international listings, secondhand products, OEM-product resales, and marketplace sellers (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Gumtree) are not eligible.

  • The price match request must be submitted before the purchase is completed. NSDynamics will not apply price matching retrospectively.

Exclusions

NSDynamics will not price match:

  • Clearance, run-out, or liquidation pricing

  • Offers involving bundle deals, coupons, or store credits

  • Products listed below cost price

  • Suspension products not commonly stocked by NSDynamics

  • Any offer with hidden shipping or handling fees not included in the advertised price

  • Offers that are exclusive or combine and compound multiple discounts - this includes storewide sales, 'new customer' discounts, loyalty programs etc.
  • Products discounted below the 'landed' or 'cost' value for NSDynamics to stock the item 

NSDynamics reserves the right to decline any price match request that does not meet these criteria or where it is not commercially viable to match the competitor’s offer.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please email info@nsdynamics.com.au with:

  • A link to the competitor’s product listing or advertisement

  • A screenshot of the price if applicable

  • The exact item you are looking to purchase from NSDynamics

All price match requests will be reviewed by NSDynamics staff. If approved, the adjusted price will be provided in writing and applied to your order.

Additional Notes

Approved price matches are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Once confirmed, the matched price is only applicable to the specific product and quantity approved.
