Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

NSDynamics accepts returns, refunds, or exchanges on eligible items under specific conditions. All return requests must comply with the policy outlined below. By placing an order with NSDynamics, customers agree to these terms.

General Conditions

NSDynamics may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of the customer receiving an item, provided that:

The item is in original, unused condition
The item is in its original packaging
The item is suitable for resale

Approved returns will incur a 5% admin and restocking fee based on the item’s value, however, NSDynamics may remove this fee in exceptional cases at its discretion. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and NSDynamics is not liable for items in transit until received and accepted by workshop staff.

Items returned beyond 7 days from receipt are not eligible for refund. NSDynamics may issue a store credit at its discretion; however, this will also incur a 5% handling fee. Items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Any item that has been used, installed, or removed from its packaging
Spare/service parts purchased for self-installation
Items damaged due to improper handling or incorrect installation
Items purchased in error by the customer or a third party
Products purchased for change-of-mind reasons
Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Items purchased via other dealers or bike shops
Suspension components that perform within manufacturer specification but do not meet rider preference

NSDynamics does not accept returns based on subjective opinions such as suspension feel, performance expectations, or brand comparison.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If the item received is incorrect, damaged, or missing parts, NSDynamics must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. The item must remain unopened and in original packaging. If the item is opened, used, or installed, it is deemed accepted by the customer and is no longer eligible for return.

Photo evidence may be required for damaged items. NSDynamics must also be contacted before any return is initiated.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled after confirmation will incur a 5% admin fee. If the invoice has not been paid, this fee must be paid separately. If already paid, the fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and approved. NSDynamics may request additional customer details to process the refund. Failure to provide these details may delay processing.

Responsibility During Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for ensuring all returned items are securely packaged and appropriately insured. NSDynamics will not offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Items returned without authorisation or in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted. If the customer declines to pay for return shipping of a rejected item, NSDynamics reserves the right to dispose of the item after 30 days.

Returns by Bike Shops or Dealers

Bike shops and dealers are solely responsible for product selection and compatibility. Items purchased in error may be eligible for return within 7 days and will incur a 5% admin/restocking fee. Returns based on change-of-mind, unsold inventory, or customer dissatisfaction are not accepted from dealers.

Refunds for Warranty-Related Items

NSDynamics cannot process refunds, credits, or exchanges for warranty claims unless the item was purchased directly from NSDynamics. Customers must follow the original line of sale when dealing with warranty-related issues on items purchased elsewhere.

Additional Notes

All return requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@nsdynamics.com.au. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. NSDynamics will respond with return instructions if the request is approved.
