NSDynamics is the authorised Australian service and warranty centre for Öhlins, Cane Creek, DVO, Vorsprung, BikeYoke (dropper posts only), Sprindex, and Super Alloy Racing (SAR). For all other brands, warranty support must be sought through the original point of sale or the brand’s designated warranty centre.
This page outlines the terms, eligibility, and process for warranty assessments at NSDynamics.
Warranty Eligibility
All new items sold by NSDynamics include the full manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. If the warranty is reduced or void, this will be disclosed before purchase. Reconditioned items do not carry full manufacturer warranties, but may be supported by a limited warranty from NSDynamics, assessed case-by-case.
Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship, as outlined by the original manufacturer. Any item showing signs of misuse, modification, poor maintenance, or installation errors will not be eligible for warranty repair or replacement.
Suspension setup, performance characteristics, or personal ride feel are not grounds for warranty. Products operating within manufacturer specifications are not considered faulty.

NSDynamics is the authorised warranty and service agent in Australia for the following brands:

If the product was not supplied by NSDynamics, warranty support may still be available, but NSDynamics is not responsible for any associated postage costs or outcomes. Proof of original purchase is required in all cases.
NSDynamics does not process warranty claims for other suspension brands. For these, customers must contact the original supplier or the brand’s nominated service centre.
Warranty Assessment Process

Book your item in via the NSDynamics website using the ‘Book Service’ form. Select Warranty Assessment as your service type.

Include a printed copy of your booking confirmation, a printed copy of your original purchase receipt, and any relevant notes outlining the issue.

Package the item securely and send it to NSDynamics. Tracked and insured freight is strongly recommended. Items damaged in transit are not the responsibility of NSDynamics.

Once received, the item will be inspected by a technician. NSDynamics will contact you to confirm whether the issue falls under warranty.

If the item qualifies for warranty repair or replacement, the work will be completed or the claim will be processed accordingly.

If the item is not eligible for warranty, NSDynamics will provide repair options at standard service rates.
Items submitted without a valid purchase receipt will not be processed as warranty claims and may be handled as standard paid servicing. No exceptions will be made.
Postage Responsibility
If the product was purchased directly from NSDynamics and a clear product fault is identified, NSDynamics may cover postage to our workshop for warranty inspection. For all other cases, including products purchased from other vendors or dealers, postage to NSDynamics is the customer’s responsibility.
All warranty repairs will be returned to the customer via express freight. NSDynamics is not responsible for delays or damage during transit. Items are covered by NSDynamics’ standard freight insurance while in return transit.
Unauthorised Servicing
NSDynamics is the only authorised Australian service centre for Öhlins, Cane Creek, and DVO MTB suspension. Any service work performed on these brands outside of NSDynamics is not covered under manufacturer warranty. Damage resulting from unauthorised work will not be eligible for repair, replacement, or reimbursement under any circumstance.
Bike shops and workshops offering to service these brands must inform their customers that all warranty servicing must go through NSDynamics. Any failure to do so voids eligibility for warranty support.
Warranty on Replacement Parts
New parts used during warranty repairs are covered under their original manufacturer warranty. Reconditioned or second-hand parts are not covered under any NSDynamics warranty. Labour performed as part of a warranty job does not reset the original warranty period of the item.
Warranty Limitations
The following are not covered under any warranty supported by NSDynamics:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage

Improper installation or adjustment

Use outside the intended application

Failure resulting from unresolved or repeated pre-existing faults

Suspension used on frames that have not been tested or validated by the component manufacturer (e.g. boutique frames)

Shipping costs for items not supplied by NSDynamics
-
Any indirect or consequential damage caused by a failed component
