If you don't mind the very small amount of added weight that comes with a coil spring the Vorsprung Smashpot coil conversion might be what you're looking for. Even with the newly released Vorsprung Secus air spring there is still nothing quite on par with a coil-sprung fork if you're chasing the absolute best performance. If you’re chasing absolute suppleness the Smashpot Coil Conversion is the way to go.
