Shipping policy
Shipping
NSDynamics uses express freight services to ensure fast, reliable delivery for all service jobs and sales orders across Australia. Parcels are shipped via Australia Post eParcel/Parcel Send.
Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
All items are dispatched once full payment has been received and confirmed. Same-day dispatch is available for orders or completed service jobs paid before 1:00 pm AEST. Any payments received after this cut-off will result in next business day dispatch.
Expected delivery time for most Australian addresses is 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location and other external factors outside NSDynamics’ control. Typical delivery timeframes around Australia are:
-
WA: 2-5 working days
-
NT: 2-5 working days
-
SA: 2-3 working days
-
TAS: 1-3 working days
-
ACT: 1-3 working days
-
NSW: 1-2 working days
-
QLD: 1-2 working days
-
VIC: 1-3 working days
Tracking and Notifications
All outgoing parcels are tracked. Tracking details will be provided once the item has been dispatched. NSDynamics does not send arrival notifications for inbound service items unless the parcel is damaged in transit or missing important components required for service.
Customers are encouraged to use tracked and insured freight when sending items to NSDynamics. Responsibility for the parcel remains with the sender until the item is received and checked in at the NSDynamics workshop.
Shipping Fees
Return express postage back to the customer is included free of charge for all full Factory and Hyperformance service types. It does not apply to minor repairs or basic services. Shipping charges for parts or accessories are calculated during checkout.
Postage to NSDynamics is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged. Warranty items may qualify for return postage coverage only if they were originally supplied by NSDynamics and a clear fault is confirmed.
Shipping Insurance
All parcels sent from NSDynamics are covered under NSDynamics’ freight insurance. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during return transit, it will be replaced with a comparable item where possible. If a parcel arrives damaged, photo evidence must be supplied immediately. NSDynamics is not responsible for parcels where the receiver has chosen the 'Authority To Leave' option.
Packaging Requirements
Customers must ensure that their suspension is packaged securely and appropriately for shipping. If an item arrives in packaging that is damaged or unsuitable for safe return, NSDynamics may use a heavy-duty branded box and apply a $5 fee to the final invoice. This ensures your suspension is protected during return freight. Customers are encouraged to retain and reuse this box for future service bookings.
Transit Times and Delays
While NSDynamics uses express freight to minimise delivery delays, transit times cannot be guaranteed. NSDynamics is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, public holidays, weather events, or other external disruptions. If a parcel has been delayed more than 5 business days beyond its expected delivery date, customers are welcome to contact NSDynamics for support.
Public Holidays
Unfortunately our workshop is closed on all nationwide and Queensland-specific public holidays, so we are not able to ship sales or service orders on these days. Any services or sales orders placed on public holidays will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
New Zealand Customers
When purchasing from NSDynamics for delivery to New Zealand, please be aware of the following:
-
Duties and Import Taxes: Goods imported into New Zealand may be subject to customs duties and Goods and Services Tax (GST). For goods valued over NZD $1,000, customs duties and GST will apply. For items valued at NZD $1,000 or less, duties and taxes may not be collected at the border, as GST is collected at the point of sale. As the importer, you are responsible for any such charges. NSDynamics does not collect, control, or cover these fees at the time of purchase. Customs policies vary, so we recommend checking with New Zealand Customs Service for details. Refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in the parcel being returned, delayed, or destroyed by customs, for which NSDynamics holds no liability. For more information, please refer to the New Zealand Customs Service guidelines - customs.govt.nz
-
Return International Shipping Costs: In the event that you need to return an item to NSDynamics, including cases of suspected warranty claims or defects, New Zealand customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us in Australia. NSDynamics will not cover any fees or costs for returning items from New Zealand.
-
Postage Provider: NSDynamics utilises Australia Post for international shipments to New Zealand. Standard delivery times are typically between 5-10 business days. auspost.com.au
NSDynamics is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance processes, or external postal delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. NSDynamics does not ship to third-party addresses in New Zealand, and all return deliveries must be sent directly to our Australian workshop.
Please ensure that any items returned to NSDynamics are appropriately packaged and insured, as we are not liable for damage incurred during transit.
International Payments:
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If purchasing from New Zealand, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
