How To Book Your Suspension In Online
1. Book a service
Select "Book a service" from the menu.
Fill in the request form: Full name, owners initials & date, phone number, email address, postal address, suspension & bike information (brand, model, year, etc.), desired service, rider weight, anomalies and upgrade requests.
To speed up our servicing process, you can pre-approve additional repair charges by selecting anywhere from $50.00-$250.00 on the service form. (This removes the need for a phone call and ensures the workshop is running as streamline as possible, don't worry we'll let you know after the service if anything was replaced).
Click on BOOK SERVICE down the bottom to submit the service request and you will receive a confirmation email.All service jobs/ items sent to NSDynamics must be booked in via our 'Book Service' link with all relevant details included. If you do not have a printer available to print our RA/ Booking Number please leave a hand written note referencing your RA/ Booking Number along with your name and contact details.

3. Getting Ready To Send Your Service Jobs
Pack your suspension in a cardboard box and, if possible, with bubble wrap. Our hot tip is to either wrap/ fill the box with enough bubble wrap/ paper to ensure your suspension does not move.
Be sure to clearly mark on the outside of the box, your RA/ Service Booking Number and our postal address (316 Ipswich Road Annerley 4103 QLD).
If you have more than one unit of suspension pack them tight inside the same box and make sure they cannot come in contact with each other to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
4. Using Our AusPost Portal For Inwards Freight
To keep costs low we allow all customers to use our Auspost Portal. By using our portal not only do you get access to our discounted freight costs within Australia, we can track incoming service jobs and make sure all jobs are being completed in good time.
Once you have completed our service booking form (as explained above), you may send your suspension to us.
If you would like to utilise NSDynamics lower postage rates, you may generate an inwards (to NSDynamics) postage label by clicking the express post icon below. This portal will request your service/booking number, which you should have in your emails.
Please note that this service is provided by AusPost, with payment made directly to them. NSDynamics cannot assist with refunds should a label no longer be needed, or troubleshooting issues related to this system.
