Choosing the right shock for your mountain bike is crucial for safe and effective suspension. The eye-to-eye length is the distance between the shock mounting bolts — it must match your frame exactly to maintain geometry and performance. The stroke length is how far the shock compresses and directly determines rear wheel travel; a longer stroke than recommended can cause clearance issues. A shock labelled 210x55mm means 210mm eye-to-eye length and 55mm stroke. Some bikes use a trunnion mount (bolts at the top of the shock body), while others use standard eyelet mounts — always match your frame’s design. Shock stroke and eye-to-eye measurement guide
This listing includes the shock damper only — mounting hardware is not included. You will need to purchase mounting hardware separately to complete your setup — purchase here.

The Öhlins TTX2Air m.2 Shock builds on the proven twin-tube damping platform of its predecessor, combining a refined damper design with a high-volume double-can air spring. Designed for modern, more progressive suspension linkages, the m.2 delivers improved small-bump sensitivity, reduced friction, and a smoother, more coil-like feel on the trail.

Internally, the m.2 features updated seals and a new bladder system that enhances traction, comfort, and rear-wheel control. This allows the wheel to track terrain more precisely through rough sections, maintaining grip and stability even under high load. The revised damper architecture offers a more consistent and predictable ride character, with superior traction and balance across a wide range of conditions.

The improved pedal platform provides better support on technical climbs and under hard acceleration, while optional remote compatibility allows on-the-fly control via systems such as the Öhlins 3-Mode Remote, Scott TwinLoc, or Orbea Squidlock. A redesigned spacer system makes it quick and easy to fine-tune the air volume in the positive chamber, and stroke adjustment can now be done without removing the end-eye — making setup faster and simpler than ever.

Externally, the TTX2Air m.2 features a newly designed adjustment knob for quicker, more intuitive tuning and refreshed graphics for a clean, modern finish. With increased sensitivity, reduced friction, and a broader range of tuning options, the m.2 represents the most refined, balanced, and capable TTX2Air to date.

Tracking and Notifications

All outgoing parcels are tracked. Tracking details will be provided once the item has been dispatched. NSDynamics does not send arrival notifications for inbound service items unless the parcel is damaged in transit or missing important components required for service.

Customers are encouraged to use tracked and insured freight when sending items to NSDynamics. Responsibility for the parcel remains with the sender until the item is received and checked in at the NSDynamics workshop.

Shipping Fees

Return express postage back to the customer is included free of charge for all full Factory and Hyperformance service types. It does not apply to minor repairs or basic services. Shipping charges for parts or accessories are calculated during checkout.

Postage to NSDynamics is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged. Warranty items may qualify for return postage coverage only if they were originally supplied by NSDynamics and a clear fault is confirmed.

Shipping Insurance

All parcels sent from NSDynamics are covered under NSDynamics’ freight insurance. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during return transit, it will be replaced with a comparable item where possible. If a parcel arrives damaged, photo evidence must be supplied immediately. NSDynamics is not responsible for parcels where the receiver has chosen the 'Authority To Leave' option.

Packaging Requirements

Customers must ensure that their suspension is packaged securely and appropriately for shipping. If an item arrives in packaging that is damaged or unsuitable for safe return, NSDynamics may use a heavy-duty branded box and apply a $5 fee to the final invoice. This ensures your suspension is protected during return freight. Customers are encouraged to retain and reuse this box for future service bookings.

Transit Times and Delays

While NSDynamics uses express freight to minimise delivery delays, transit times cannot be guaranteed. NSDynamics is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, public holidays, weather events, or other external disruptions. If a parcel has been delayed more than 5 business days beyond its expected delivery date, customers are welcome to contact NSDynamics for support.

Public Holidays

Unfortunately our workshop is closed on all nationwide and Queensland-specific public holidays, so we are not able to ship sales or service orders on these days. Any services or sales orders placed on public holidays will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

New Zealand and International Shipping

NSDynamics offers international shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post. Standard delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.

Goods sent to New Zealand may be subject to import duties and GST. NSDynamics does not collect or cover any customs charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of local import requirements and costs. Orders returned, delayed, or destroyed due to unpaid duties or taxes are not the responsibility of NSDynamics.

In the event that a product needs to be returned from New Zealand, including for warranty inspection, all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. NSDynamics does not cover international return freight for items not originally purchased from NSDynamics.

International orders are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and prices do not include Australian GST. Currency conversions may vary depending on the payment platform used at checkout.
